I do hope he is aware many of us, as Wellesley Alums will ensure he will never get a job at our firms/grad schools, etc. This type of disrespect if simply intolerable.

I know I’m never going to hire him.

I don’t think it’s stooping to his level to say I don’t want someone with his attitude towards women working in my firm. I only hope the boy wasn’t hoping to have a career in politics. Bob McDonnell nearly lost the governor’s race in VA for some much less inflammatory words.

At this point I’m just thoroughly amused by his childish antics.
Also, ever heard of “if you don’t have anything nice to say, don’t say it at all”? There are ways to express your feelings without making students feel frightened for their own safety. Rape jokes are not funny.

I think that we should just ignore him right now, since he seems to thrive on our anger…

Isn’t the most appropriate response here to NOT act butthurt? Regardless of whether or not he’s sexist, you all got trolled massively. Organize your reactions a little bit better, because you’re all coming off as weak. That people are taking him seriously is even more ridiculous than Jeremy Pham’s posting itself.
I think your understanding of the situation is limited, most likely because you aren’t a Wellesley student and haven’t seen the actual student responses. Actually, he got LOLcatted by the entire Wellesley community, and then whimpered in response, “I was trolling! No really!”

Haha, as an alum all I can say is…Community is still Community. JPham’s a twat but glad to know Wellesley still can’t walk away from a fight without showing the stick up its ass.
Glad to be out of there!

Yup. According to his FB, he’ll “plant a dagger in your ass” if you mess with him.
